Return & Refund Policy
(1) Returns/Replacement:
• Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
• Only products that are damaged or defective are eligible for return/replacement.
• A photo of the damaged product with the reason for return must be shared on +91 91521 12201 within 2–3 hours of delivery.
• Opened packs will not be accepted, as our products are used for Pooja and religious purposes.
(2) Non-Returnable Products:
• Products damaged due to customer handling.
• Products without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
• Customized/made-to-order products.
(3) Refunds:
• Refunds are issued only in cases of manufacturing defects, wrong item received, or damage in transit.
• Shipping, COD, packaging, or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time.
• The Replacement is offered for the product/s sold online through fragranceofvirtue.com website ONLY and on providing necessary supporting document.
(4) Cancellations:
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Customized products cannot be cancelled once taken up for production.
(5) Disclaimer:
Fragrance of Virtue reserves the right to accept or reject return/replacement requests. Our decision will be final and binding.
(6)Cancellations :
Cancellations by the Customer: In case we receive a cancellation request, and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be cancelled and you will have to check our return policy on those orders. In case of customized products, no cancellations are allowed once the ordered item has been taken up for production. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision as binding regarding the cancellation.
(7) Refund will be credited with in 7-10 days
(8) Once approved, the replacement / exchange product will be shipped and delivered to you with in 7-10 days
